This large scale, mixed use development includes a series of residential common areas designed with architectural metalwork throughout, all custom fabricated and installed by Make. In the lobby, a blackened steel artwork surround is mirrored on each side highlighting artwork both inside and out. The concierge desk is constructed of stacked round steel tube & pipe of varying sizes with returns on both sides. The common area sitting rooms include steel passthroughs and two sided fireplace surrounds while the hallway and doorways feature steel detailing along the millwork. Finally, a dramatic wall sculpture is constructed of metal coated engineered wood in bronze.
