A dynamic steel staircase connects two floors in this Newton, MA residence. Designed and fabricated by Make Ltd Studio the mono-stringer / floating staircase is crafted of steel tube and angle prepared to connect with hardwood treads and glass side panels. The center landing features an invisible support system imbedded in the walls pre-plaster to further heighten the floating effect.
